Welcome to Colon Therapy NYC. These Terms cover your use of our website, colontherapynyc.com and the services we provide. By booking with us or using the site, you agree to them. If you have any questions, just reach out.
Our Services
We offer colon hydrotherapy and related wellness services at our studio in New York, NY. Session types and pricing are listed on our site and may change from time to time. Our services are offered for wellness purposes. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for care from your doctor.
Booking & Payment
Appointments are booked and paid through Square. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. By booking, you authorize the applicable session fee to be charged.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Because every appointment reserves a therapist's time specifically for you, cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, for any reason, and missed appointments are charged the full session fee. This policy applies to all clients.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have enough time to complete your session, and the full session fee will still apply.
We may cancel or reschedule an appointment when needed, and we'll always try to give you as much notice as possible.
Your Health
Colon hydrotherapy isn't right for everyone. Please tell us about any health conditions, medications, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before your session, and check with your doctor first if you have any concerns. You're responsible for sharing anything that could affect your safety.
Individual results vary and aren't guaranteed. By booking, you confirm you're in suitable health to receive our services.
